Deliveries are typically made every Thursday. If a holiday or unforeseen issue affects delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.

Yes. Just ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible. You can update your address anytime in your customer portal before your delivery cutoff.

Once delivery is completed (and photo confirmation taken if left at the door), the order becomes the customer’s responsibility. We recommend promptly refrigerating or freezing your items.

We prefer to hand-deliver when possible, but if you’re unavailable, your order will be safely packed in an insulated thermal bag with ice packs.

We encourage reuse. Simply leave them out before your next delivery, and our driver will collect eligible materials when possible.

Transfer items to your freezer as soon as possible after delivery for best quality. Items may be placed in a refrigerator for thawing.
